Burpees vs Food

  1. I love the post, I’ll need to print this out and put on my fridge as an extra reminder! I’ve been doing 60 burpees a day, but they have been done using my bottom step of my staircase. I break them down into two groups of 30. Whoo Hoo for me! Eating those foods would kill me with the burpees!
