  1. Hi Carrie .. I just saw you on BT and was very impressed with the short information you shared.
    I would really like to find out more about the 6 minute morning work-out if you could send me the 6 workout positions that you were explaining .. I would really appreciate it.
    Unfortunately I didn’t get them all when you were talking to Dina.
    I am prediabetic and I am really suppose to be exercising more with the changed diet .. but, unfortunatley, I haven’t. And I saw you this morning and saw that this would definitely be something I could put into my daily schedule and work with .. I’m not one for joining the gyms + I really can’t afford this luxury in my life, but your program is definitely a workable program.
    Carrie would you please send me this information .. I did try to find it on your website but couldn’t find anything explaining the actualy 6 steps to the 6 Minute Workout.

      We have posted the entire workout on the site now. Sorry…I was a little slow in the information posting.
      You really can do this. It is simple and something that is designed to be easy to start and as we all know, getting started is sometimes the hardest thing to do. Once you make it a habit, then many people open up and increase their time and variety of exercise they do.

    First time last night , it was awesome! I really enjoyed it. Although my legs are so stiff today, any suggestions that would help loosen them up before session tonight?
