TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER MEASUREMENTS
There are eight measurements you need to take and record before commencing the program (the night before you begin your plan) and upon completion of the 4 weeks.
They are: neck, bicep, chest, waist, hips, thigh, calf, weight.
TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS
• Front shot, head to toe. Side (profile) shot, head to toe. (Mirror ‘selfies’ are fine if you don’t have anyone to take the picture for you.
• No nudity!!
• Jog bra / bathing suit top and shorts for females.
• Shorts for men. • Stand up straight.
• Time stamp photos with date and or current newspaper.
TRACK YOUR MEALS
The Metabolism Reset Plan Journal will assist you in all of this. You simply write down what you ate / drank throughout each day.
COMPLETE YOUR JOURNAL DAILY
Each day of the Metabolism Reset Plan, you will complete your journal entries for food, drinks, snacks and goals.
PHOTOS / MEASUREMENTS
Before and after must be within 4 weeks of each other. Before must be the day before or the day of your plan start date which will be determined by the date you are sent your DAY 1 email.

If you are unable to send the files via email, you can DropBox, Google Drive, or use any similar cloud storage that you can share with me using the above email address.
