Skinny Shamrock Shake

1 scoop Carrie Burrows Vanilla Protein

1 to 2 cups unsweetened Almond Milk or water

1 big handful of raw Spinach (no taste, so no worries)

handfull of ice

2-4 drops of mint extract

1 to 2 drop of green food colouring (option if not using Spinach)






  1. I have never had a shamrock shake, so glad my parents were so smart. I also have never had a pogo or beaver tail. Just recently tasted cotton candy- ugh. My parents fed me real food. When we went to the EX in the summer we packed a picnic, so we only bought a small amount of food there. Very different from today, though I have packed home made lunches for Walt Disney World and Canada’s Wonderland
